Collaborative Training

Together with retraining and qualification programs, the collaborative training is one of the focal points of educational center for metalworking and electrical engineering. Our direct links to industry ensure that training at our in-house practice centre is oriented to customer needs and market demands. Our participants benefit from our many years of experience in this field.
Many small and medium-sized companies would like to provide training, but due to their specialization they are not able to provide all the prescribed training content.

This is where the state-sponsored collaborative training program comes in. New training places are created, the quality of training is improved and the urgently needed young skilled workers retained in the companies. In companies that are not allowed to provide training without the training association, the training allowance of the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of Labor is subsidized with up to 4,500 euros per training position on a one-off basis.
