Retraining

The fields of expertise of the educational center for metalworking & electrical engineering comprise retraining, collaborative training and qualification within vocational further training. Our in-house workshops and our proximity to industry guarantee retraining with a practical orientation. The benefits for our participants include: learning success and good chances on the job market.
The legal definition of retraining is a vocational training measure in adult vocational education as defined by the law (German Vocational Training Act (BBiG)). It enables the retrainee to carry out a vocational activity other than the one originally learnt.

In contrast to further vocational training, the retrainee is not primarily taught further qualification knowledge and skills, but a new vocational qualification in one of the state-recognized training occupations. Our training courses are conducted by specialist trainers. During their participation, our retrainees are advised by our qualified team of teachers and trainers on any questions and problems that arise. After each retraining measure, we offer in-house graduate management. In the area of retraining, we work with training vouchers.
