The MEK educational Centre offers various opportunities for further professional training. Whether as a partner for collaborative training, retraining or modular qualification, for companies or individuals — we stand for 40 years of experience and high quality standards. For retraining we cooperate with employment agencies, job centers and pension insurance companies. If required, they can issue training vouchers that give our participants access to the retraining courses. All retraining courses offered lead to a recognized vocational qualification. The exams are taken before the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). If the examination is successful, our retrainees can take off as skilled workers. The respective funding agency will provide information on the eligibility requirements.
One of MEK’s other services is collaborative training. We give companies from the metal and electrical industries the opportunity to train their young talents for them. We guarantee the highest level of quality in the training of skilled workers. We also offer participants with vocational qualifications who would like to be trained and qualify in other areas the opportunity for various modular qualification courses. These are put together individually for each participant. In the end, the participant receives a certificate about the respective participation and the knowledge and abilities required. Access is also possible by means of an education voucher from the respective funding agency.
